I do not like giving a bad review, but after 3 years of going here (occasionally) my family expects to have the order messed up. Friendly staff and the food is never had, it's just never correct...
Food was subpar at best older guy behind counter was rude and not friendly
Fries were soggy and way too salty. The waiter was very nice and friendly. Clean place. Just not great fries.
I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. The bakonator was plain with nothing on it. I ordered medium drinks and got small! A new employee trying to do orders and was obvious that he had not been trained and no one would help him. Very poor service! Several people were getting angry for such a long wait and wrong orders. Train your employees before you put them out front like that!
This is the third time in a row I've been here and my cup was entirely full of ice with almost no pop in it. My spicy chicken Asiago sandwich was sloppy garbage. Half my fries are hot and half of them are cold. I don't even know how that's possible.This place is a clown show!
