Store was clean and food was fine. The wait was a little long, but it was fairly busy. I gave 4 stars because when I ordered, the cashier didn't tell me they were out of my item and had been all day. So when everyone else at my table got served, they asked me what other flavor I'd prefer and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes.
We will purposely drive to the location on the other side of Westfield now for instead of this location. Unacceptable when you cannot perform an order correctly.
Just waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for the honey BBQ chicken tender basket...got home had regular chicken tenders and 6 French fries. Unacceptable. First and last trip to this location.
Gave the benefit of the doubt and went to this location twice. Both times the order was not completed correctly. The most recent my wife orders a Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger. We drive home only to find they gave us a pulled pork sandwich. While calling the store to express we did not receive the correct order the person states "Oh we do not have that on the menu anymore, that must be where the confusion came in." I am sorry if its not on the menu then do not assume that is what we want.
