I grew up with Noble Roman's and was disappointed with the decline over the recent decade or so. Therefore, we stopped visiting until the new Noble Roman's Craft Pub opened. All the good pizza and bread sticks we remember, but now available with a great selection of reasonably priced beer and wine. Food is fresh and service has been great over our 5+ visits in the past 6-7 weeks.
Noble Romans proves that experience matters by selling the same pizza and bread sticks in a great open environment with craft beer, and "topping bar." The transparent quality-control means you feel confident about your food.
Best pizza we have had in very long time!! We received our pizza very quickly and all of the staff were great! They all truly seemed to care if you enjoyed your food! Bread sticks were great as always and the iced tea was very good!!This was our first visit to this restaurant and we will be back!
The only issue I had was I placed a carryout and the guy said that the breadsticks come with the lunch special. I got there, and the somewhat rude older lady at the register didn't smile at all. I tried my using my coupon since it was my first time here and my family wanted me to try this place before we decided on it being our new pizza place. The situation was cleared up, but her attitude and customer service sucked. Pizza was great, and the Coke was amazing.
Our first time visiting we ordered a pizza for carryout. When we got home we realized it was the incorrect pizza. I called to let them know in case someone else was going to get an incorrect one and the manager was very friendly and immediately refunded my pizza and left a voucher for a free pizza the next time we came in. Great customer service and the pizza is amazing!
