I'm not sure if they want to sell cars. I called to ask about a specific car, they asked me to hold. After holding for an unusually long time, the call "ended". I called back and got the voicemail. I left a message that I was interested in a car and included my number but no one ever called back. Lastly, I contacted them via the web and still no reply. It does not appear they want to sell cars.
My experience with this dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased what was suppose to be a "like new" Super Charge Range Rover. The car was delivered and was not in the condition that it was represented as being online. It had more miles on it than what was shown on the odometer statement. There were numerous chips in the paint and the check engine light was on. There was no manual, no paperwork and only one key. I had to then wait to have my car repaired before I could even drive it. The owner of the company was not responsive and did little to resolve the problems I experienced. The last straw was when the the dealership submitted for financing but failed to tell Wells Fargo I was titling the car in my company name. Wells Fargo sent a notice to Unlimited Motors in mid July providing notice that the title needed to be corrected. Unlimited Motors did not forward the correspondence to me until mid-September. After I asked Unlimited Motors to correct the issue with the car loan that they initiated, Unlimited Motors responded by email that the car would be repossessed and they would have the Dept of Licensing investigate me for theft of a legal document. The theft apparently occurred when I titled the car in NC in my company name. Really the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business.
Horrible place. Only gave it one star so I could ratebit. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Traverse on 11/30/2017. Three days later the car breaks down. They fix it and give it back. Three days later it breaks down again. Fixed again and told I had to take it back. Again a few days later it suddenly loses all power while driving. Bought at Noblesville location and they won't take my phone calls. I can't physically go there because the stupid car they sold me is never working. I have been calling at least daily to try and return the car. They have my money, so they don't care. I have had to miss work, be late to work, and ask coworkers for rides to and from work. Horrible place. DO NOT GO THERE! VERY DECEIVING!
Don't want to sell cars. Voice Mail full. Messages left at other times unreturned. No follow up. One month waiting for simple pictures and if a car was smoked in. Steer clear of this place even if you like what you see on their website.
I will never advise somebody to go here to even look for a car. They take advantage of there customers. My experience was I bought 2004 ford explorer I gave them 3200 cash and gave them my account info for a payment of 400 dollars the following Monday. They never took the money out of my account, when I went to pay them in cash they would not except the cash, instead the filed the car stolen and sent a repo truck to get the car. I literally waited at there facility with 400 cash and they would not open the doors because they "We're on there lunch and should be back in 30 min" so I waited an hour they never showed up. They new we were there there was people answering the phone when we called so they know we were there. There thing is to repo and resell to make money. Very in honest. I will never but from them again and if anybody asks about them I will tell them how terrible these people are, and they will try to screw you over into more money. These people have been filed to the better business bureau, and have been reported to the irs, I was going to take them to small claims court but they eventually took my money. I've never had to tell someone if you don't take this money I'm taking you to court.
