UHaul is the worst trucking company Ive ever dealt with. From the time i picked up the truck from this location till the time i dropped it off in Bainebridge,IN I have not one good word to say. I was lied to, hung up on by customer service, and management will not comp me for my troubles. NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL.

Place was dead when we got there to pick up. The front door was still locked even though they were suppose to be open. An employee came pretty quickly. They were out of boxes to sell us. They have a return thr truck by phone option but they don't tell you until after that you need pictures of the vehicle. Luckily we had taken some anyway just to CYA otherwise I'm not sure what we would have done. Beware do not lock the vehicle until you have completely finished the online return info!
