I called and wanted 2000 bolts and nylocks. Told they would be there in the morning and at the counter. I drive over there, no one had processed the order and only 500 available. Plus, they cannot look up an account out of state, they have to call. I never seem to be able to buy anything here, just too difficult to do business with.
Doors were closed and locked 15 minutes before their business hours ended on a Friday. You guys can keep the bolts I requested, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
