Good jj, clean and freaky fast, friendly
This jimmy johns is excellent! They have the politest staff. Delivery can be rough during hours but otherwise great service!
If you haven't been to a Jimmy John's, they're a standard deli sub shop. But their bread is really great and made in house (you can get a loaf of yesterday's leftover bread for like $1 I think) and they have huge deli pickles.
Always friendly, fast and great Sandwiches. I know they close at 10:00 PM and I called at 9:45 PM and asked if I could still get a Sandwich made...Without hesitation yes sir what did you want....I picked it up at 9:50 PM....They aren't kidding Freaky Fast ...I know it was late and they probably weren't busy but they are fast...Great Work Guys...I appreciate it .
Unfortunately service is inconsistent. Sandwiches are good but sometimes order is not correct or they forget to give you part of your order. They did offer to bring me the missing part of my order, that I paid for but when they asked if they could bring it to me they said it would be easier if I came back in to get it... For me it was easier to take the loss then to go back and get it. I frequent this place about 6 to 8 times a month. I am 5 minutes away... I am not sure they understand customer service. Even from interacting with some of the employees, just seems like some of them could care less.
