Moments ago I walked out the Westfield location without even placing an order. Why? The kid on staff was bent down tying his shoes, so waited at the counter. No biggie. The problem? Instead of looking up or out for the customer standing less than 5 feet away, he stood up and scrolled through his phone while I continued waiting. I said "Hey, how's it going?" on the off chance he didn't see me. Still scrolling...he then turns and walks away to the back. No acknowledgment, no give me a minute, nothing.
Bread sticks! And hot cheese sauce, so good, also they have salads for your rabbit friends. I couldn't ring them on the phone today, so I stopped by, the phone system is down! Go in pay cash, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Those rebels.
Great pizza. Horrible service over an hour late and no call, email or any type of notification. I called and asked for an explanation and I get "We got busy"....
Had a bill of around 32$ and tipped 5-7$ if I recall, yet somehow our card was charged over 80$. I contacted the store, and they said someone would reimburse the difference the next morning and have it put back on our card. I did receive a call from a manger that evening acknowledging the mistake, and stating it would be taken care, but as of today we have still been charged the original amount with no reimbursement. I realize sometimes it takes a day or two, but that has passed. What if this caused me to overdraft? This is a problem, and feel I should be reimbursed the full amount at this point.
