Being a single mother I have been able to go to Bobs garage for just simple things like oil changes to my brakes sounding funny and everytime they have taken great care of me! Unlike most garages and even oil lube places they never tried to sell or charge me for things my suv didnt need I live 45 mins from them and I still wont go anywhere else!

It turned out to be a dust cover plate that had come loose creating the noise. That mechanic, James was very thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. Also the real nice and helpful lady at the desk, I'm so sorry I never got her name. Oh, and there was no charge for a wonderful job well done. I'm an old guy, been around the block a few times and this is the best shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning. I took my daughter's car to Bob's for some rear brake noise.
If you're looking for a trust worthy garage I recommend these folks. As long as I live within 200 miles I'm taking my cars to Bob's. I know they're going to tell me what I should do, what I have to do, and charge me fairly for whatever I decide to actually do from there.
