Not bad, basic sports bar food. They will change the t.v. to whatever game you want on. When I asked for the waiters suggestions he was very honest and even said if I didn't like my food he'd eat it and get me something else. The problems: 1. The wrap was supposed to be served warm and I got fries for the side- they were both stone cold.
2. Once they were aware of the cold food they were on it, offering to make it all warm or fresh. I was fine with fresh fries and they brought out enough hot fries for 3 dinners.
3. The manager then came out and offered to make it right. Again I was fine with hot fresh fries so it was easy to fix.
3. Since we weren't seated in the bar (our choice) we were pretty much ignored unless we waved down a human. We were checked on eventually, it jyst shouldn't require that much effort.
Great food great service. Would definitely come back
Big screens, good drink specials and above average food. Was traveling on business and it was across the street from my hotel. Between the friendly people, good burger and beer selection, I'd say it's a win!
2. When I tried to stop anyone who walked by that worked there they were fast to look away and turn in the other direction. I was fine eating the wrap cold, but I really wanted hot fries.
What was right:
Fun selection of burgers and only $5 on Mondays. Love their fries! Friendly wait staff, easy ordering if you need a to-go meal. Lots of sports TV's if you like watching a game while dining. We enjoy patio seating when its warm enough.

Edit - tried the Westfield Pickle again to see if any changes. I stay at the Hampton across the street & should have gone to McDonald's. Absolutely terrible service. The worst I have seen. The manager needs to make some changes behind the bar - I had to ask for silverware! Bartenders more focused on their friends at end of bar rather than service. Goose egg for tip. ----- I agree with the other comments - service at this particular Pickle is terrible. The service at the Pickle in Carmel is much better. I've been to the Westfield Pickle on several occasions & sat at the bar with similar poor service. Had to ask multiple times for a food menu & then wait & watch the bar staff munch on their chips and salsa. Never did take my food order. I paid my tab & left.
