Being hungry, and seeing that the place was busy, we ordered right away, so that we could get food soon to go with the beer. This is where things started to go downhill...
Awesome beer and food. Almost always have great service. Fish n' Chips is great, as well as their flatbread and wings. Beer is awesome - One With Nature is my favorite!

Great place, beers and food are good. Staff are great and I'm all for supporting small business and local craft brews, I've been a regular patron. However, they just raised the beer prices to $6/pint. They never have specials like other craft breweries do. I'm not willing to pay $23 with tip for 3 beers when it cost 50c to produce..crazy. They need to adjust their staffing since most times they are way over staffed compared to all establishments I've been too and the consumer should not have to pay for this inefficiency.
We went to Grand Junction because we were in the area and it seemed like a good idea. We went with some other friends and were promptly seated right around 5:30. The restaraunt was relatively busy, with about 80% of the tables occupied.
After another 20 minutes, we inquired about our food. Our waiter went to check on it. 10 minutes later he said that it would be "about 6 to 7 minutes." 15 minutes after that, he apologized, giving no time estimate and offering the apology that "our kitchen is smaller than we would like." Helpful.
Food: 3/10
After an hour and 20 minutes, half of our food came. It was barely above room temperature and it wasn't right. The remainder of the food came five minutes later, relatively warm. The chicken sandwich was gross, the tenderloin was soggy, but the breading was actually pretty good. If it had been warm, it might have been quite enjoyable.
Always a great place to see family and friends. Awesome food, perfect atmosphere for just relaxing at the end of work day. On the weekends you can cut loose and have a few beverages and listen to some live music.

We quickly ran out of beer and water, and had to flag our waiter down for refills after not seeing him for 20 minutes. He mentioned that he was helping another section because they were busy.
Overall, I think that this is a decent place that has the potential to do well, but they need a serious overhaul on their customer service.
