I can't say enough good things about Dr Nichols and the Vet Techs, there is not enough space. Dr Nichols has been taking care of my two dogs for many, many years...He is loving, and compassionate. He cares for my pets and also makes sure that owners are ok as well...Dr Nichols gets down on the floor and interacts with my dogs in a way that is most comfortable for them, before moving them to the exam table...My girls love going to see "Dr Steve"...tails wag and they love to visit with everyone...There is no fear when we arrive...We are greeted at the front desk by a friendly face upon arrival and we are thanked for our visit on our way out.....Thank Goodness for Dr Steve and his staff.....We love them!!!!
I give the Springmill Pet Wellness Clinic the highest of marks! Dr. Nichols is the best! He is a very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate veterinarian with top notch staff. We always feel so welcome! My dog pulls me into the clinic with a wagging tail. I highly recommend this clinic!
The compassion he and his team display is second to none and level of quality treatment he provides is beyond reproach. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
We've been fortunate enough to benefit from Dr. Nichols' amazing skills and passion for animals for more than two decades. I'd recommend him to anyone. I appreciate he's not prescribing some medicine just because, but he looks for ways to treat the whole animal with therapies and all-natural remedies. He is a valued member of our family as a direct result of the care he provides to our furry family members. I wouldn't trust my bet to anyone else.
Dr. Nichols has treated all of our fur babies - 3dogs and 1 cat for well over 11 years. We would follow him anywhere. Using both convention and homeopathic treatments he has improved their quality of life and therefore ours as well. When our beloved Aussie Isabella, developed sever aggression issues, he worked with her and developed a protocol that I am convinced enabled her to live an additional 5 QUALITY years. Any other Vet would have recommended putting her down but he worked patiently with her to find a food and practical treatments that allowed her to thrive. During the entire process he and his professional team were very conscious of cost and kept us informed at every turn. When we could not get our dogs in due to my husbands health, he came to the house and treated them.
Oh my! Where to start on on how amazing Steve is with my pets! He took amazing care of my lab who had a lot of issues...he guided me In the best care for him without a lot of cost. He has been amazing with our cat who has kidney issues. Best vet ever! Honest, direct and will do anything for your fur babies! I will never go anywhere else! And I can not say enough about how awesome the staff is there!
