After going to a few local ranges and stores I can honestly say this about Tims
The range is nice
If your looking to shoot go to tims and accept no substitute.
Range doesn't allow echo triggers or bump stocks or full auto
If your looking to buy a gun (or just window shop) and want to talk with a sales person and build a relationship with a local gun retailer I recommend going elsewhere. Best shops in town for friendly staff are Marksman Shooting Sports and Hoosier Armory.
I've purchased 2 guns from Tim's, and used the range probably 20 times in the 3 years they have been open. I have never had a negative experience. They are my go-to indoor range. Gun prices are kind of odd at times. I realize they price them based on how they buy them, but some used guns recently cost more than their new counterparts. Most recently, I took their Advanced Pistol class, and what a blast. They keep the training classes small, and it's a great experience for the cost. I'll definitely be looking to see what other advanced, and advanced+ courses they offer in the future.
All in all
Great range in the north Indy suburbs. Friendly folks that work there. Reasonable prices. Very clean. And if you are a new shooter no one will make you feel stupid or like you don't belong.

Some of the staff can be a little standoffish

The range is always very clean
Great gun selection. Rentals vary enough to make a decision to purchase. Good crew that is knowledgeable and trained to handle the operation.
Range and range staff
You cant really try to build a personal relationship with anyone in the store its more of a corporate feel.
I am a visitor from Britain who wanted to experience one of America's greatest freedoms that we lack, the use of firearms. Another range told me that I couldn't use their facilities and refered me here. I was delighted that they did. The staff where incredibly helpful, the facilities where Great, the selection of rentable weapons was very good, and the price was very reasonable. I can not recommend this place high enough. They where brilliant. Will definitely visit again.
