When checking out, I was asked if I was a member. I said no, and she responded with "I'll sign you up, what's your name?" I had to say no 3 more times before I was allowed to buy the damn shoes.
The selection of shoes is not bad, but god help you if you ask the staff for any kind of recommendations or "expert" advice beyond "where do you keep the...."
