Do not do business with this man. He is dishonest!!! He took food from my families mouth by not paying his substantial bill which is upwards of $1000 dollars now just for the materials, not to mention he has not given me the work agreed to, and was a complete waste of my time.
David had me do a whole bunch of landscape work at his house. I did the work at a loss because he promised to use me for his real estate properties. He has refused to pay the invoice for the materials for 7 months. He also owes several other landscape companies the area.
My wife and I can't say enough about David Cronnin. We started working with him in 2011 looking at condos. He was always very prompt getting back to us with the needed information. He gave attention to detail, very thorough and gave us options along with great advice. He assisted us earlier this year looking at our dream home we've yet to purchase but when we do its David we'll be calling. We would highly recommend his expertise to anyone. Did we mention that he has a great memory, fun, and very pleasant to work with.
I would not trust this man to do anything for me after taking advantage of hard working people like myself just trying to earn an honest living.
