Great, quiet park that is mostly wooded. Walking trails are gravel and good to run on as well. There are inclined but also flat walking paths. There are 3 routes here ranging from .5 to 2.5 miles. Beautiful place to rejuvenate!
Went for the first time a few weeks ago and now hike here several times a week. At this point, have tried all three paths. Beautiful.
It is the single most crowded park I have ever been to. I stopped to look at something and someone walked or jogged by every six to fifteen seconds! And some moron keeps dumping more and more gravel and concrete into the park paths and everywhere else, and removing the understory plants. Soon it will just be an expanse of gravel with a few sick, dying trees poking up out of it. The idiots need to stop "improving" the park by removing everything it was made a park for in the first place: a semi-wild forested nature area. Stop destroying the woods!
Pleasant walking area, mostly shaded. Clearly marked 1, 1.5 & 2 mile length paths.
Great park for taking a walk. Two people can walk side by side. Also could work well for cross country skiing if we get snow!
