I love this hotel. It was so classy, so elegant,
Es un excelente hotel y resorte con el mejor servicio y atención
While the hotel is modernized with usb chargings ports, multiple device chargers and a Bluetooth enabled mirror that plays anything sound wise, they have some major kinks to work out. The shower is a walk in, but it is poorly designed so that no matter what you do, you are going to drench the floor outside of it. The lighting in the bathroom sucks, and makes it difficult to use for makeup or hair styling, add the fact that there isn’t a fan in there, you’re going to have wait for it to clear out or use a dryer to defog the mirror. Also the bathroom door is a sliding barn styled door and gets stuck in the track, making it difficult to get in and out of-and there’s no door locks for it, so if you have small children beware. The only complimentary item is coffee-and you could peel paint with it. There is an area in the lobby for convenience, but it’s all junk food and nothing useful, so if you need something like medicine or an actual meal, you’ll either have to order food and go downstairs to pick it up, or drive to the nearest gas station. The beds are comfy and they have a 2 pillow to a person ratio, which is nice if you prefer multiple pillows. The room has a closet/drawer unit with a keurig single serve coffee maker with 2 decaf and 2 regular coffee with 4 cups/lids and a couple of packets that contain sugar/creamer and stirrers. There are no bags in the bins which is odd but I get the environmental aspect the hotel is aiming for. There are no vending machines so if you want to get a drink, you’re going to have to go to the lobby and hope that someone who is on duty is actually in the reception area. Did not check out the restaurant/bar portion as it seemed abandoned. The elevators were on the fritz the whole time we stayed, it would shudder and stop and the doors stayed open at one point and they made a horrendous sound. They did a decent job de-icing the parking lot and there was plenty of spaces for parking. Overall I’d rate this adult friendly but not kid friendly.
So relaxing I didn’t even want to leave! Room was huge bathroom so nice and clean and sophisticated very neat built in Bluetooth speakers in mirror and neat lighted headboard. Hotel was brand new and had only been open three days. We really enjoyed our stay and I have stayed at several choice hotels throughout indiana and this is by far the best in the state for choice hotels and also much classier and elegant than even the high class hotels such as the Conrad Hyatt Hilton Marriott and Westin I’ve stayed at all of them. This hotels beats them hands down. The design the layout the room size the quality of each thing is just phenomenal. Staff is exceptional and take care of everything. Restaurant was classy elegant and very delicious. We had breakfast but missed dinner. Dinner is served until 10pm we just got in late, also has in room dining which is a nice feature! This is a high class hotel, reminded me more of a resort than a hotel just with the cool features elegance and in room options. I was highly impressed.
