GREAT service - so pleasant. I called JG on a Sunday afternoon to get help changing the locks on the house. When I explained why I was asking for a Sunday/same-day visit, the owner immediately understood and headed my way. The price was completely reasonable, and he made sure I knew BEFORE he started exactly what he would be doing and what would be charged - very reassuring! Locks were changed, new keys handed over (no charge for doing a few extra copies of the key, which was appreciated), and he asked me to double check the keys & the locks before he left. Very kind, VERY professional.
Called JG Lock from Kokomo to see if he could help my son who had locked himself out of his car at the local Westfield skatepark. JG dropped what he was doing and he was there in a flash for him.
