Our experience with Dave Mlynarik and Allstate has been fantastic. He has been our agent for 10 years and the service is wonderful. Anytime we have a question, big or small, plan changes, concerns, claims...they are all handled quickly and professionally. Dave is more like a knowledgeable friend than an agent. Fantastic!
My experience has been very poor. I was rear ended and have been in communication multiple times about sending in the correct forms to the BMV for proof of insurance. I called back to confirm it was sent, I was told it was sent. My license became suspended. The BMV has no record of him sending it in. This same issue happened with my wife previously. We are no longer his customer.
