I called the shop before business hours and was able to speak to Guy concerning a few antique clock questions. I did not buy the clock from the store and had no previous experience with their company. Guy set aside what he was doing and spoke to me in length about the clock I owned, how to operate it, and where to look to get it repaired. He was very nice and extremely helpful. After trying a few other stores in the area with little to no help I will always try to take my antique business and questions to Beauchamp first from now on.
