Worst experience possible. Never go here. They will not listen to what you are saying, do the wrong treatment, and then bill you for it. Completely unprofessional.
The ladies working at Orthoindy Urgent Care in Westfield are amazing!! We walked in this Sat am around 11..and we were seen and out before noon!! Very professional and they were awesome with my 6 year old who needed to have her ankle looked at. I will choose this location anytime our family has a need ..and I would definitely recommend to anyone else!! Great job !!
Waste of time and money. Previously a happy client of Ortho Indy will not return again. Money making xrays and tests with no relief. : ( : (

I took a spill on the Monon riding my bike. I decided I needed an X-Ray and a professional opinion. I had seen a commercial that reminded me I didn't have to wait in the dreaded emergency room and I went to this new location. Absolute professionalism and great help from staff. I was scheduled for surgery yesterday and I am recovering now. Brilliant product and much more customer centric than the old way. Great job Ortho Indy Urgent!
