Awesome staff.....very knowledgeable and friendly. First time at Krause Dental. I have never had a dentist educate me like they do. Lauren is AWESOME!!! I’m very happy to have found a new dentist.
I must have had a bad experience because other people seem to be quite pleased with Krause Dental. I was here for a total of about 5 times. Two cleanings and 3 treatment sessions for cavities and fillings. Cleanings were fine but cavity treatments were painful and unpleasant. Granted, these are not fun experiences; however, I had nothing but bad luck here. Was not able to get me fully numb for one treatment that actually made me have to stop the final filling - too pailful without being 100% numb. Took 3-4 shots of Novocaine and still did not work well. After each session, I had pretty bad pain for 2-3 weeks after the treatment - had to go back twice to get my bite corrected. What I did enjoy was the staff - they are super friendly, even Dr. Krause. Customer Service is great; I just had a horrible experience three sessions in a row and have since had to find another dentist. I also felt at times that I was "pushed" to have more expensive work done or procedures that were not necessary. For example, two cleanings within 45 days after my initial consultation. Sounds like other people are at least having good experiences.
Very impressed! Jordan, Lauren, and Dr. Krause were very professional, friendly, and informative. They were helpful in answering my questions and letting me know exactly what to expect. They contacted my insurance ahead of time and had a breakdown of cost that was easy to read. The office was clean and welcoming. The wait was very short. I like that they offered coffee too :). Over all very happy with my experience.
Krause dental is a very good place to get your dental work done. They are professional and treat you very nice.
I would highly recommend this office! Friendly & professional staff, always on schedule, and they do a great job of going over the details of your treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect and what insurance will cover or won't. I've had Lauren and Jessica as hygienists and both did a great job! Dr. Krause is also very nice and knowledgeable.
Lauren is our hygienist and she is wonderful. Dr Krause is wonderful himself. All the staff there are wonderful.
