They don't know what they're doing. They've messed up three of my drinks now. I asked for a simple Iced caramel macchiato with 7 shots and got a drink full of espresso with caramel on top. You're better of going all the way to the Starbucks in Carmel or downtown because Westfield is garbage.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years...everyday. The last few months the drink that I’ve been ordering for years doesn’t taste good, they don’t fill the drink to the top, they put foam in it when I’ve asked for no foam, and they are horribly busy and slow. The baristas used to be great, but now the majority of them have bad attitudes and don’t smile. I’d rather walk into Kroger and get my Starbucks.
This place is a 5 Star on weekends, but a 1 Star on weekdays! I have ordered the same drink 5-6 times during the week over the last month or so, and they always screw it up during the week. I know it is not that difficult because the weekend people make it just fine! The drink is an Iced coffee w/ vanilla, cream and extra caramel drizzle. They always forget the vanilla or caramel, most of the time, both. When I ask them to add either one after I have tasted it, they give me a bad look and say, oh, you wanted that? Yes, that is why it is on the little sticker attached to the drink! Either they cannot read or just do not care. I am tired of having to go home and fix my own drink after I have paid someone else to make it!
My go-to place to work with friendly staff and good internet. You should already have your own opinion on the coffee.
Very roomy, nice interior and seating. Nice place to kill some time. Prettyand indifferent service on the day we went, although nothing I'd consider "bad".
